I am found in the Aftermath

Remember your Creator
in the days of your youth,
before the days of trouble come
and the years approach when you will say,
“I find no pleasure in them”—

“Meaningless! Meaningless!” says the Teacher.
“Everything is meaningless!”

-Ecclessiastes 12:1,8

In this life, everything is meaningless. It’s just that God is the only one who will last. His love, His faithfulness. He will last. I’m amazed by God because no matter what happens or what happened, it’s really God who we will go to at the end. I mean. Wow. Jesus is AMAZING.

Whenever trials, troubles and temptations come my way, sometimes I’m thinking of letting go of the hope that I have and I feel tired. Also, when those things come, I just want to go back to my old self because it’s so hard. God is gracious and I praise Him for who He is. I’m naughty but God’s grace and love is greater than those things, than the negative sides of me. It’s God who prevails and He works in me since I was born and He’s at work when the seed of His Word was planted in my heart. I may change but God never does. I also feel repentant of the way I respond to tough situations but despite of this, I pray that I’ll have an obedient heart so that I may please God in my life.

“I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.” -Revelation 22:13
